CMC Chaplains stay in close communication with homebound patients who find it difficult to leave the house, providing much-needed human contact, material support, and religious observances.

We have free medicar transportation available to help patients get to doctor appointments, family gatherings, social events, and other important destinations to which they could not otherwise go.
